Okay, seems like the “World-Famous” Mixtape Awards is returning with a remix in order. This will be the first Hip Hop Awards show streamed live over the net for all to see (lets hope they keep the fights down to a minimum). Viewers can log onto www.themixtapeawardsonline.com and www.thatshiphop.com to watch the festivities and they can interact live with DJ’s during the question-answer segment.
This year they are revamping the awards, turning the event into an invite-only, red carpet affair. This year’s honorees include Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur and Greg “Grouchy Greg” Watkins, the founders of Allhiphop.com. In addition to the Allhiphop.com founders, the Mixtape Awards founded by the late Justo Faison will also be featuring performances by Afrika Bambatta, Soul Sonic Force, Melle Mel and others. The 11th Annual Mixtape Awards will be going down April 29
