50 Cent could be behind bars here soon, but not for committing any crimes.
According to Variety, the rapper is in negotiations to play a death row inmate whose impending execution excites widespread interest in the forthcoming indie flick Spectacular Regret.
Blair Witch Project actor Joshua Leonard is set to make his debut in directing with the film, along with Danny Huston, John Ortiz and Kelli Garner.
This is one of many upcoming films that 50 Cent will be starring in after the announcement of his production company at the Sundance Film Festival.
